What can a romance travel specialist do for me?
A romance travel specialist protects your vacation dollars and saves you countless hours of researching online. I know the locations & properties, and take the time to get to know what is most important to you. I do a great job at matching you with the vacation experience you deserve. Consequently, wasting money on the wrong vacation even if it is a great deal can be disastrous. My services save you countless hours of talking to different representatives who do not know your preferences or travel personality. I handle all of your travel details, the phone calls, waiting on hold, checking prices, booking optional amenities, etc. I work for you, and no one else!
How much do you charge?

My services are free for your first two travel quotes; after that I do charge a planning fee of $50.00 for honeymoons, romantic getaways & cruises to provide two additional travel quotes. Any planning fees you have paid, will be applied toward your final payment. If you do not book with me or you cancel your reservation, the $50.00 planning fee is non-refundable.

Why do you charge a planning fee?
Most of all, I am committed to spending as many hours as needed researching destinations, properties, and cruise itineraries in order to create a customized travel package and because I want to know that you value my time and expertise. Furthermore, if you find a better price somewhere else please let me know so I can make sure it is an exact comparison.
Destination Weddings
For destination wedding planning, my ‘plan to go’ fee is $350.00, and is non-refundable. Planning a destination wedding is very time intensive, and requires extensive work on my behalf. I make sure your specific destination, the property chosen, additional wedding amenities you have requested, and arrangements for your wedding day are everything you have asked for. My services include arranging transportation to the selected destination, accommodation planning for you and all of the guests that will be attending, and any additional activities you would like planned for you and your guests to enjoy.

 I only accept credit cards as forms of payment. MasterCard, Visa, & American Express
What is the required deposit?
Deposits vary based on your total trip cost. The average deposit required is $500-$1500.00 if booked more than 90 days in advance. Destination wedding packages may incur an additional ceremony and wedding package deposit as required by the specific property that you choose to host your destination wedding.
When is final payment due?
Final payment for most itineraries is due 45 days before departure, but this can vary based on destination & specific supplier guidelines. A detailed payment schedule will be provided to you once your booking is confirmed.
