Our services are free for the first two travel quotes; after that we do charge a planning fee of $50.00 for honeymoons, romantic getaways & cruises to provide two additional travel quotes. The planning fee paid will be applied towards the final payment. If you do not book with Lucky n Love Travel or cancel your reservation, the $50.00 planning fee is non-refundable.
We are committed to spending as many hours as needed researching destinations, properties, and cruise itineraries in order to create a customized travel package that is perfect for you.

For destination weddings of up to 30 guests we charge a plan to go fee of $350.00. For destination weddings of more than 30 guests our plan to go fee is $500.00; the plan to go fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Planning a destination wedding requires extensive work on our behalf. We make sure that your specific destination, the property chosen, any additional wedding amenities you have requested and arrangements for your wedding day are everything that you have asked for. Our services are all inclusive; this includes booking transportation to the selected destination, accommodation planning for you and all of your guests and arranging any additional activities that you would like planned. On site day of wedding services are available for an additional cost.

For elopement packages we do charge a planning fee of $125.00 which is non-refundable. Planning an elopement requires attention to detail and our professional expertise in recommending the right destination/venue and local wedding services/vendors who can provide you with your perfect wedding day memories.
Major credit cards are the only form of payment that we accept with a signed credit card authorization form; MasterCard, Visa, & American Express. Lucky n Love Travel does not process payments for any travel arrangements booked; the travel supplier we choose to book your travel plans with will process your payment directly. However, Lucky n Love Travel will process payments directly for any planning or pay to go fees required.
Deposit amount will vary based on total trip cost. If booked more than 45 days prior to departure date only a deposit is required to secure the reservation; if less than 45 days full payment will be due. For cruise packages, deposit amount and final payment are subject to the policies of each individual cruise line. Destination wedding packages will incur an additional ceremony and wedding package deposit as required by the specific property chosen, in addition a deposit for the group room block will also be required. For wedding elopements; the local vendors, suppliers and venue selected will require deposits to secure their services in addition to the deposit required to book specific travel plans.
Final payment for most travel packages is due 45 days before departure; this can vary based on destination & specific travel supplier requirements. For cruise packages, final payment may be due 120 – 180 days prior to departure; subject to each specific cruise line. A detailed payment schedule will be provided with the customized travel quote. Final payment for wedding services, add-ons, and optional selections for destination weddings and elopements will vary. The amount required will be based on the specific destination/venue/suppliers and/or resort terms. A complete payment schedule will be provided once the destination wedding or elopement package has been confirmed with a signed vendor/supplier contract.
